On Saturday 21st of July we hosted a fun family special event on the mats! Our members got to participate in a parents and kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu class together. The morning was filled with laughter, learning, and teamwork. It was a perfect blend of fitness and family fun.
BJJ is for everyone, no matter your age it's never too late to discover the joy of BJJ with your loved ones and create memories that will last a lifetime! We're so proud of the kids and parents who came and gave it a go for the first time! And for the eagerness of our students to show their families skills they've learned.
