Head Professor Fabio Galeb and Professor Paulo Lima of the Southside academy, were invited to compete in the BoaSuper8 competition held in Melbourne this year. Both had strong competitors and fought hard for their whole 10 minute fights. Paulo got the win in a nail biter finish but unfortunately Fabio missed out by only 2 points. However, both Professors, walked away with great respect for their opponents and are looking forward to training hard and working on the mistakes made in the matches and in getting ready for the next upcoming competitions.
Our Professors are again leading by example and proving that they not only put into practice what they teach us, but are exceptional in their abilities to perform at high competition level. We can't wait to see them back in action at the next event!
