Last Saturday on the 28th May, women from our Gold Coast, Helensvale and Southside academies came together for a special Womens Only weekend event.
Hosted at our Helensvale Academy. Coach Belinda Gardner, from the Gold Coast, put all the women through their paces. It was a great day to meet other women from the Galeb Academy family and have the chance to roll with new people to test skills and techniques! While it was an intensive rolling and training session it was also a morning full of fun and plenty of laughs!
It is truely a privilege to have such a high degree of knowledge and technical abilities within our women at the Galeb Academies. We look forward the next of these events and seeing more and more women joining our growing Galeb Sisters BJJ family!
